Facebook Chat Messenger - Facebook Unveils Facebook application for Messenger that allows users to send messages through the world's largest social networking.
Currently, this new mobile application available for Android phones and iPhones and can already be downloaded via the Android Marketplace as well as Apple's App Store. Facebook Messenger itself is the fruit of the acquisition of Facebook to the startup group messaging Beluga, last March.
"This is a mobile application for real-time communication," says co-founder Ben Beluda and Facebook engineer Davenport to Mashable, Wednesday (10/8/2011). Yes, the entire message in the application was sent and received in real-time, such as messenger services in General.
After login to the Messenger service is using their Facebook identity, users can see the entire chat as well as their latest messages via the social Web. The user can continue the conversation or start a new conversation with the rest of their contacts on Facebook. To send a message, the user can do it directly on Facebook Messenger or via SMS.
In addition to the message in the form of text, users can also submit photos to their friends using this application. Users can choose to receive notifications for new messages or not, and set the time of acceptance of such notification.
